5回転目で目が廻る
いやあ、今4回転目終了
このあと18時に5回転。
別にくるくる廻っているのではありません。
面接が一日5コマあるんです。各90分、それぞれ3人くらい参加。
ずーっと同じことしゃべり続けるのですが、
かといって毎回フレッシュな気持ちで聞いていただく方を飽きさせない必要があるのです。
非常に体力消耗します。
学校の先生、特に中高の専科の先生はこんな感じなんだろうなあ。
近い将来、攻殻機動隊よろしく、ほんまもんの人間と全く区別がつかない、高性能面接ロボット（メンセツクン）が開発されるのだろう。
数百万の年収に比べてランニングコストの安い機械が普遍化して、僕ら担当者はお役御免になるのであろうか。
機械には人間の心は理解できないと思うかもしれない。
でもそういう職人がいろんな業界で負けていったのだ。
もしそういう時代がきたら、僕はパスを持って蒸気機関車風の銀河超特急に乗って、機械のカラダを手に行くことだろう。
